Use this page to send a distance-contract cancellation notice or a product non-conformity claim for a Life Station order.
These forms are intended for private individuals acting as consumers. Companies and traders may have different rights and should contact Life Station directly.
For sealed supplements, food products, or health-related goods, cancellation may not be available after opening where return is unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons.
To cancel an eligible distance contract, send a clear statement before the cancellation period expires. Include enough information for us to identify your order and contact you safely.
